Souper Saturday

Souper Saturday is our major fundraising event of the year. It includes tasting great soup and a dessert silent auction. It is always jam-packed! It is a great opportunity to visit with friends that you don’t get to see on a daily basis.

Ham Slam

For the last several years, the Food Bank has partnered with the Seaforth Centenaires for Ham Slam. What could be more Canadian – hockey and pork?! When the home team scores their first goal, hams get thrown on the ice. It is something to see! This year 1087 hams were donated.

Thanksgiving Food Drive

Fri. – Sat. before Thanksgiving 2025

The week before Thanksgiving the Seaforth Food Bank partners with Foodland for a food drive. There is a trailer set up in the parking lot where customers can drop off food or money donations. The community response was once again overwhelming.

December Donation Drive

Dec. 2 – 24, 2025

Seaforth Foodland partnered with the Food Bank for monetary donations for the month of December. Our goal was $8000.00 and we reached it because of your outstanding support! Thank you!!

Fall Fair Church Service

September 2024

During the Seaforth Fall Fair there is always an ecumenical service held on Sunday. It is wonderful to see people of different faiths celebrate together and support the Food Bank. Truly following the model that Jesus lived!
